I've had on my to do list this mini top hat project. I have boxes of scrap fabric I've held on to and getting my hot glue gun out gets me excited. I enjoying gluing things put as much as painting on canvas, cutting and stitching fabric! The instructions to create this mini hat are on the Internet and are extremely easy to follow. I did not use cardboard as was instructed. I have stiff stabilizer from the craft store. My kids loved how this turned out. I am happy that it fits a child or an adult and it could possible be worn on a pet but I recommend supervising the pet and children while they have it on. It is a headband that ties and will adjust to different size and shaped heads.
